Kripalu Yoga is the "Yoga of Compassion." It begins with understanding your body and how you can comfortably bring your body into each pose. It also encourages inward focus and spiritual attunement. Practicing Kripalu Yoga can initiate a gradual process of physical healing, psychological growth, and spiritual awakening. This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Join us as we practice short meditations. Please bring, a yoga mat, water, and a small towel. This workshop will be held off-site at the instructor's yoga studio in Egg Harbor Township (address will be provided at a later date).
